Exchanges and returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are faulty, please email info@guilly.uk to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of the return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Request a return

  • Please download, print and fill in the return form if you don't already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@ guilly.co.uk by email.
  • Once approved, please ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all of the conditions below.
  • Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your parcel arrives safely with us.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@guilly.uk

 Return conditions and guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and have original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Make sure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they do not get damaged in the mail.
  • Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
  • Please make sure the return form is approved – without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.


Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Please provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
is back in your bank account within five working days.
