Ordering and delivery
Have you found a Guilly item that you really must have? Beautiful!
Now select a color and/or size and click on 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they have been reserved.
Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner to go to your Guilly's items. In the next screen you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Now you land on the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Guilly takes care of the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.*
* Shipping costs to return your item must be paid yourself.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to which you will receive via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Guilly strives for fast delivery of the products. If you place an order on working days before 15.00, we strive to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which also states the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have entered a wrong shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it is the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
